What are some of the characteristics of an effective teacher?

• An effective teacher should have high expectations for their entire class. 
• An effective teacher should treat every student as same and should give positive reinforcement in class to motivate the students.
• An effective teachers should always exhibit enthusiasm in the classroom to keep the students active.
• An effective teachers should speak in expressive ways, not a monotone style.
• An effective teacher need to have proper classroom management which is not about disciplining the class, but deals with how to effectively manage the classroom.
• An effective teacher should show tolerance to differing points of view during class.
